It’s been another fun filled week and as usual, I’ve taken lots of photos to show everyone what we’ve been up to. Here’s our week that was Instagrammed.

We drove home from our weekend away in Cambridge and had a relaxing afternoon at home. Little Mr played with his toys and we started on the washing. Little Mr turned 33 weeks old and it’s all going a little bit too fast for my liking!

We had a nice day at home today, Little Mr is attempting to crawl and so is shuffling around with his bum in the air. It’s great to watch him try and put the movements into practice. Little Mr loved it when his Daddy came home as they had a story together and my lovely friend bought round a huge box of toys that her Son has now outgrown.
Tuesday 1st October
My nephew came round today as his school was closed. We had a lovely morning playing then went to Walsall for a look around the shops and have lunch out. We then went to the park on the way home and Little Mr had his first play on the swings and loved it.

Today we got up later than usual as Little Mr is not sleeping through at the moment. I’m hoping it’s a developmental thing and he’ll soon go back to sleeping through for me but until then i’m really not used to getting up in the middle of the night. We drove over to Kiddicare at Merry Hill and met our friends. We had a good look at the clothes, the portable highchairs and the pushchairs. We enjoyed a lovely lunch which unfortunately was interrupted by a full on pukefest from Little Mr. Nice!

We went for our usual swimming lesson which was brilliant. Little Mr was very active kicking his legs in the water and splashing his hands. He’s not been that active before so all the splashing in the bath of late has paid off. He then slept for a good hour as soon as he came out the pool. We then drove over to my Parents house where we had a yummy lunch and Little Mr showed Nanny he could eat scrambled eggs and brown toast. My nephew came back to my Parents house after school and so the boys played together which was very cute.

Little Mr went to his other Nanny and Grandad’s house for a day of fun. I put Little Mr’s new lunch bag into action and struggled to get all his food tupperware in! I’m still finding it really hard to leave him but have to do it. He enjoys spending time with them and they absolutely adore him so he’s getting some brilliant quality time with his Grandparents. I came home and waited in for a parcel to be delivered and caught up on some writing.

Today we had a lovely morning at Cannock Chase, a lovely local forest where we had our family photo shoot. I had won the family photo shoot in a competition on Facebook a while back and finally got round to booking it in with the photographer. I invited my Sister, Brother-in-law and Nephew along too as I thought the photos of us all together would be brilliant. Sara (from the Great Little Picture Company) was brilliant, very patient with the boys and hopefully she got some great shots.
So that was our week that was instagrammed. What did you get up to this week?
