Our Shilton boys // June 2018

June Siblings // A look at how my Shilton boys are getting on together plus some of my favourite photographs taken of them both in the month of June so far.  

Seeing both my boys together is just wonderful. Olly’s the best big brother wanting to spend time with Freddie, making him smile and giggle. He often comes home from school and spends ten minutes lying with Freddie on the sofa and playing peek-a-boo or singing and chatting to him. I’ve said this before as I know it won’t always be like this, but it’s just lovely right now.

Since our last Siblings update, we’ve been on holiday to Norfolk and I bought them both a pair of matching pyjamas from My 1st Years as I loved the pattern. They’ve got crabs on their tops with their names embroidered on the front and the trouser print is seaside inspired with seals, crabs, boats and seagulls. Perfect for our little trip to Mundesley in Norfolk.

Our mini photoshoot started well but as you can see, Freddie had had enough and just wanted to go to bed, bless him!

I’m going to be getting the boys more matching outfits now Freddie is moving into his older baby clothes (6-9m). I love seeing babies in sleepsuits and baby grows but there’s something adorable about seeing siblings in matching clothing. I might see if I can find some more matching bits for over the summer. If you know of any places selling matching bits for boys, let me know!

On a different note, I’m loving seeing how these boys are growing up together every month. Freddie’s little baby looks are disappearing by the day and Olly is turning into a teenager before my eyes! I wish time would just slow down a bit. Love them!
