Our toddler Freddie is a big Peppa Pig fan. He seems to have followed in his big brother’s footsteps as he was a big fan too! Whilst he watches a considerable amount of Peppa Pig on the television, this has helped introduce him to the characters and the way that they interact with each other. We recently received a couple of Peppa Pig playset for review and Freddie has really enjoyed playing with them.
Peppa Pig Campervan Vehicle
This Peppa Pig Campervan vehicle playset comes with Peppa’s yellow camper van and miniature figure of Peppa herself. The playset also comes with a foldable picnic table which you can fold away and pop in the back of the camper van. The playset is brilliant for those who youngsters who are beginning to play imaginatively with their toys as they can recreate their favourite scenes in the comfort of their own home.

In the TV programme, there’s a song for the camper van which we all seem to sing when we’re playing with Peppa Pig and her camper van. Our toddler can’t sing the words yet but he knows the tune.
This playset has been a real hit so far this spring. Our toddler has enjoyed mixing the characters from another playset with this one and seating Peppa and her friends in the camper van. It’s also worth noting, the seats can be removed from the camper van so the picnic table can have 4 seats around it.
Peppa Pig Day At The Zoo Playset
The Peppa Pig Day at the zoo playset is a fantastic set for little ones who love to create their own stories. Included in the set are three figures from the popular television programme including Peppa Pig, Gerald the Giraffe and Leo the Lion. There’s also a themed Zoo sign, a cart, a butterfly display and a tortoise (which we affectionally call Tiddles, as in the TV programme).
Leo the Lion, Gerald the Giraffe and Peppa Pig are all dressed as zoo keepers and they can walk around the zoo looking at the animals. My toddler believes they are dressed as police so refers to Peppa as ‘Peppa police’ but it doesn’t detract from the fun he has with playing with them.
As I wrote earlier, the characters and playset can be used with other Peppa Pig playsets and we’ve had fun going in the camper van to the zoo with Peppa and her friends.
Due to small parts the playset specifies it shouldn’t be played with by under 3’s however, my little boy is 2 years old and is always supervised when playing with them.
These Peppa Pig playsets have been brilliant to play with. I love how you can use them separately or together as a big collection. Ideal for every Peppa Pig fan!
