Can’t hide the truth…

My sister has just uploaded some pictures from the weekend and my good god, I look bloody awful! I look how I feel to be honest. Absolutely massive, ugly and really unattractive! For the last 2 months or so, i’ve been plodding along but not really putting in the effort to lose weight but now i’ve seen that photo (I will save it and show it you once I have the courage to post it!) things have got to change…they say a picture tells a thousand words well to be honest thats 999 to many! Eugh…
