Game plan

Enough whinging from me, I’m back feeling positive and have had a really good day WW wise. I’ve changed a few things for the week ahead and I’ve developed myself a mini game plan to see if the changes I make work for me.

Change 1) Reduce daily points from 37 to 34
Change 2) Do not touch weekly allowance
Change 3) Eat activity points earned (I totalled up 34 last week and didn’t eat them!)
Change 4) No fizzy pop – stick to sugar free squash & water
Change 5) Have different breakfasts and lunches for variety

So my game plan is set. I’ll let you know how I get on {sig}

    Good luck! I need a game plan. Probably one that involves actually sticking to my points!
