We love using our slow cooker (ad/aff) at home and this synfree slow cooker beef stew recipe is simple and easy to do and tastes amazing! In the past, we’ve not had much luck with stews in our slow cooker. They’ve always been too watery and the vegetables were very bland but we seem to have hit the jackpot with this beef stew as we made it the other night and it’s beautiful.

Slow cooker beef stew recipe

This is synfree and makes four really good sized portions. My husband and I enjoyed this for dinner one evening and then my husband took the remaining food for lunches. This easy to do synfree slow cooker beef stew is great for using up the last of the vegetables and sealing the beef off first in a saucepan really gives the beef a good start in the cooking process and tastes delicious.

The added beans in the dish add more protein to the meal and this would be a fab meal for the Extra Easy SP plan (without the added potatoes).
