Pipsy Koala Automatic Nightlight | Review

Little Mr has become rather unsettled in the darkness of his bedroom recently, so when I was asked if we would like to review the Pipsy Koala Automatic Nightlight I jumped at the chance.

The Pipsy Koala automatic nightlight is said to ‘give your child reassurance at night and to help you enter their room safely without turning on the nights’. Over the last four months, the late night walk from our bedroom to Little Mr’s has become quite frequent. He’s been waking in the night for one reason or another and we’ve used the nightlight in Little Mr’s room to help him feel a bit more secure in his bedroom.

The automatic nightlight is great. You can plug it into the wall socket and forget about it. When it gets dark, the nightlight automatically comes on and goes off again when it’s light.

The automatic nightlight is safe to use in your child’s bedroom as the bulb of the nightlight is soft plastic so if they did want to explore their room and come across the nightlight it won’t hurt them. One of the best features of the nightlight is it’s LED technology. It doesn’t generate any heat so it’s not going to burn or be a fire risk when left on in your little one’s room overnight.

• The nightlight has a very low power consumption (0.4 watt)
• The nightlight has a life span of approximately 50,000 hours
• The nightlight is guaranteed for 3 years

We would definitely recommend the nightlight to anyone having trouble with their little ones sleep. The light that it omits isn’t bright enough to distract Little Mr from sleeping it helps to reassure him that he can see where his teddies are and his dummies in the cot at night if he misplaces it. We’ll be using it in Little Mr’s bedroom for the foreseeable future.
