Today sees the launch of the new innovative feeding range from Fisher-Price. Designed to grow with children every step of the way, the new range is fun, bright and colourful.

We were sent a selection of the new range to put through it’s paces and we’ve enjoyed using them over the last few weeks. We were sent Stack n’ Store Sippy Cups, Soft Grip Spoons and Heat Sensitive Bowls.

Stack n’ Store Sippy Cups

The Fisher-Price Stack n’ Store Sippy cups are designed to see baby through weaning and into handle-free confident drinking. We really like the handles, they’re easy to grip and I love that they can be easily removed for when Little Mr gets a bit older and is capable of using a beaker. The teat is a rigid plastic which Little Mr isn’t a fan of but they’re leak proof and that’s ideal for when little hands like to play with their cups at dinnertime.

The Stack n’ Store Sippy Cups are great for easy storage, hold up to 6 fluid ounces and have interchangeable lids, handles and cups. Suitable for babies aged 6 months plus, and priced at £7.49 for a pack of two.

Soft Grip Spoons

Little Mr is now of the age where he is really inquisitive about cutlery and likes to feed himself as much as possible. The yoghurt at dinner time is a particular favourite with Little Mr attempting to scoop out a spoonful of yoghurt. The soft grip spoons are really useful and help him to hold the spoon with ease. They’re just the right size for small hands and ideal for scooping (or practicing to scoop) peas, cereal or sloppy desserts.

Heat Sensitive Bowls

Each meal time I serve up Little Mr’s dinner in a bowl and 0he rushes straight in with his little fingers, picks up a piece of something and drops it straight onto his highchair tray before I get a chance to tell him that it’s hot. We’re learning to blow on our food to cool it down but whilst he’s still learning about hot and cold these bowls are a brilliant way to help teach him the difference. I love how when hot food is placed in the bowl, the bowl changes colour and as the food cools down the bowl colour adjusts to indicate the food is at a suitable temperature for eating. The bowls have a useful rubber handle so you can easily pick up the bowl without burning your hands.

The Heat Sensitive Bowls are suitable for babies aged 4 months plus and are priced at £9.99 for a pack of three.
