It’s true that babies don’t stay little for long and before we know it, they’ll be off to school and sitting their driving test. One of the ways I love to record the memories of my children’s childhood is taking lots of photographs and writing down all the little details that one day, I may have forgotten. I was recently sent this Baby Memory Book from ehayas and it’s a great way to keep all those memories in one special place.
The Baby Memory Book is a 10 inch square baby record book with 90 pages for precious photographs, stories and milestones. The colourful memory book has pages especially designed to keep your newborns special moments and creates a beautiful milestone book for a child’s first five years.

The memory book not only comes beautifully presented in a keepsake presentation box but it also comes with a 16.5″ poster which is cleverly designed to write down parents thoughts, baby’s first words, pregnancy memories and milestones during baby’s first year. My own parents have something similar for me from back in the 1980s and I love looking at it and reading all about my firsts and their memories of me as a baby. It’s such a precious keepsake.
Ink-free ink pad
Also with the Baby Memory Book is a clean-touch ink pad which lets you take baby’s first handprint or footprint for their memory book. Unfortunately my little boys hands and feet are far too large to take prints off now he’s 18 months old but this ink pad is a brilliant way to capture memories without any mess or fuss. There’s full instructions on how to use the ink pad to ensure you get a great print with every use.
Throughout the book there’s lots of sections that document life before the baby came along. Suggested names, pregnancy cravings, special moments to remember during the pregnancy. I love that the book gives plenty of space for memories as it’s so lovely to record such an exciting time. It’s a great way to keep the memories as I know from experience that my own memories during pregnancy were pretty sketchy, I think they call it baby brain!
I love how the book is divided up into recording firsts; baby’s first holiday, baby’s first birthday and then continues out of infancy to record baby’s birthdays and reflect on the years gone by. It’s a great way to record moments as you go along and you can use the keepsake box for things that you don’t want to glue into the book.
The book has plenty of space inside for adding your own creativity into it. I would love to add washi tape, use different coloured pens and photographs from my baby’s first years to really personalise the book. Over the years the book will be as unique as the baby it details.
The ehayas Baby Memory Book is a great keepsake for parents to record their little ones most precious memories. I love the prompts throughout the book, the graphics are really beautiful and would suit either gender of baby. The book is traditional in the sense that it references Mummy and Daddy as parents so it wouldn’t be suitable for same-sex parents and features American spellings rather than English.
