I really love a good Christmas jumper. You can wear them in the office, at home or even (if you dare) out on the tiles with your mates. Everyone loves a Christmas jumper as they come in so many different styles and colours and I want to share with you my love for a good classic jumper that is perfect to wear over the festive season.

My Christmas jumper style this year is classic Fair Isle. I was recently sent this beautiful jumper from Wool Overs, who are an international brand renowned for the finest cashmere, cotton and wool knitwear. I was bowled over by their collection of Womens pure lambswool jumpers and initially couldn’t decide what colour to choose from as the Fair Isle jumper I had chosen to review was available in nine different colours and five different sizes. I finally settled on a jumper in the colour Flannel in size XL.

When my jumper arrived, I really liked it. It was super soft, of course it would be, it’s made from 100% chunky lambswool and has a traditional fair isle design across the upper chest and shoulders in subtle flashes of teal, white and grey.

I wore my Wool Overs jumper on Wednesday for our schools Christmas jumper day and made a donation to charity. I teamed it with my skinny jeans and fur cuff boots and I would have completely looked the part (festive and wintery) had it not been unseasonably 12 degrees outside!

In my opinion, you really can’t go wrong with a good jumper, everyone needs one and they would make wonderful gifts for friends and family this Christmas. Christmas jumpers don’t need to be tacky and cringe worthy. They can be stylish and fashionable and I know I’m not the only one who has loved this jumper this season.
