Little Mr is a huge jigsaws fan so when Orchard Toys asked me if he would love to test out one of their puzzles, I knew I would he would be a very happy little boy.
We were sent One Two Tree, a giant colourful jigsaw with 30 pieces aimed at 3-6 year olds. The jigsaw when completed shows a fun image of a tree with the numbers 1-10 going up the trunk with a different number of animals to the side of the tree.
The jigsaw shows one hippopotamus, two flamingos, three leopards, four monkeys, five toucans, six snakes, seven frogs, eight snails, nine butterflies and ten spiders.
Included in the box with the jigsaw is a colour poster which shows little ones the image they are trying to recreate with the jigsaw pieces and a fun activity guide. The poster is a very clever way of showing little ones where the pieces should go and Little Mr has enjoyed comparing the individual jigsaw pieces to the poster. The puzzle and poster have the dimensions 29cm x 86cm which is a brilliant size for little ones.
Little Mr has loved playing with this puzzle. The pieces are a great size for toddlers to handle and has provided some great eye to hand eye coordination for Little Mr. The image on the jigsaw is bright and colourful and the puzzle pieces live up to Orchard Toys brilliant standard of quality. It’s become a definite favourite in our house.
We also love the packaging that the jigsaw comes in, I’m a fan of keeping all the pieces of the puzzle safe in the box and Little Mr can easily pick it up using the handle and take it wherever he pleases.

This looks brilliant! Alfie won’t sit and do jigsaw’s though. Just yesterday he asked me to do one of his Mr Men one’s but he lost interest after 3 pieces. I sat there and spent ages on it as it was actually quite a tricky one. No sooner had I finished it than he totally destroyed it! Typical. I’ve just had a look on their website and I’ve seen a digger one, which he will love as he’s very into his diggers :) Perfect little Christmas present. Thanks for a great review. We love the Orchard Toys range, they are really great quality and capture the children’s attention #ToyTuesday
That puzzle looks perfect for Viggo, the size of the pieces will be easier for him to do, instead of him struggling with the other children’s puzzles.
Love the fact that it has the numbers too, so great for number recognition as well as developing fine motor skills.
