I’ve got some really exciting news to share with you. Little Mr and I have been chosen as Huggies Pull-Ups ambassadors and over the next six months we’ll be sharing with you our potty training journey. We’ll be sharing some top tips and expert advice for parents who are about to embark on their very own potty training journey with their toddlers.
We haven’t started potty training Little Mr just yet so we’re right at the beginning of our journey. I’ll be sharing advice from potty training expert Amanda Jenner and Child Psychologist Emma Kenny along with testing out the Huggies Pull-Ups products with Little Mr along the way.
I’m quite nervous about potty training Little Mr. At 27 months old, he can sometimes tell us if he’s done something in his nappy. Most of the time he tells us it’s “just wee wees” even if there is a poo in there, the smell kind of gives it away, ha! Luckily for us, we’ll have to hand the experts who will be able to let us know how to spot the signs that he’s ready to potty train and the tried and tested methods that work.
I’m really excited to be working with such an iconic brand. Huggies Pull-Ups are the only potty training pants on the market. My nephew was potty trained with Huggies Pull-Ups so we know how successful they are and how confident they can make little ones feel with their unique learning tools (such as the special blue learning liner that can help them to understand wet from dry).
Follow our journey over the next few months as we hope to ‘say goodbye nappies, hello learning pants’. It’s going to be quite an exciting, nerve wracking and interesting ride!
