All of the things that you have on your house bucket list should be things that you find in the new house and you should feel good about it! 9. You plan a second viewing – and a third. If you keep going back to the place you want to most, you will see it in a different light every time you go. Make sure that you go and see it in the evening and walk the area at night; you can get a good idea of whether the area is safe this way.
