Blog Love August 2013

It’s time to share a little bit of blog love again. There’s been some fantastic posts this month making it even more difficult to choose a small selection but I have and here they are…

Some girls have been a bit naughty this month and have been airing all sorts on social media in the playground. Actually Mummy has written some very wise words and tips to the meanies on how to be nice… Cleverly written, I think the post is very powerful and hits the nail on the head, so to speak!

What do you get if you mix high winds and torrential rain with Jaffa cakes and wine? If you’re off camping this month, you might just want to check out Fi’s post on How Not to Camp. Fi is one of the nicest ladies I’ve met through blogging, she’s been very helpful and supportive to me over the last year with super advice and I’m very excited that she’s also got a fabulous new Parenting book coming out very soon!

Mrs Bishop blogs all about her love of baking, WI, family life and her very own ‘bun in the oven’ due late August 2013. Currently on maternity leave, Mrs B is putting me to shame by baking up a storm in the kitchen and making lots of plans to prepare for life with her very own Little Mr. This month there’s a fab recipe for Mini Banoffee Tarts which look absolutely delicious with step-by-step pictures on how to replicate your own. There’s a lot of love for Mrs B and I wish her and her hubby all the very best in the next few weeks as they prepare and welcome their new arrival.

Capture by Lucy is a relatively new blog to me but it is one of awesomeness! The photos that Lucy proudly shows off on her blog are absolutely stunning. This month she’s made us all jealous treated us to photos of around her home. Her kitchen looks like an amazing space and it’s no wonder she gets inspiration from it for her blog. I can’t wait to see the rest of the house!
