As a busy Mummy of one, time is usually against me. As soon as I get home from work, I need to start cooking the dinner for my family. I love to find products that can help me save some time and so when Bacofoil asked me if I could take part in the #BacofoilBacoShake I agreed.

Usually, I’m a ‘chuck it on the baking tray kind of Mummy’ and hope for the best when turning the dinner over so I was intrigued to find out if Bacofoil could help me save some time and stop me chiselling the dinner off the tray with their non-stick kitchen foil.
The Bacofoil non-stick kitchen foil comes in boxes of 10 metres and you simply use as much as you need to cover your baking trays. On the box, it states you don’t need to use any oil or butter so I was hoping for good results.
Over the last few weeks I’ve been using Bacofoil when cooking Olly’s beige dinners; think waffles, chicken nuggets and fish fingers and I’ve also made some roasted vegetable soup for work by roasting my vegetables first making sure I’ve lined the baking tray with Bacofoil.
I’ve used the non-stick foil on a variety of items and it really does work. Using the foil dull side up, during the cooking process your food won’t stick to the foil. I’m not really sure how it works but it does and it’s brilliant. I’ve made a little video of me doing the #BacofoilBacoShake so you can see for yourself how the food doesn’t stick to the foil.

I never do this! My baking trays are looking a little worse for wear so I might try it. I do like the line my grill pan with foil when grilling as it means much less cleaning up :D
Oh interesting that you don’t have to use any oil, that’s loads healthier. I love roasted veg but always smother them in oil. I might have to get some of this.
