Just a quick one because it’s late but I lost 1lb this week. Obviously I wanted more because I needed 2lb to get me into the next stone bracket but oh well, only makes me more determined to get it in the bag for next week. I need to lose 5lb now to hit the 4 stone total loss and ideally I want that before my hospital appointment (20th October) so I’m going to pull out all the stops this week to get nearer to that goal..
– No fizzy pop
– No sweets
– No weeklies
– Plenty of water
– Exercise every day (I do this now except for weigh in days so will continue this!)
– Track everything
– Only have 2 / 3 pieces of fruit per day
My friend at weigh in cut down her fruit intake to one or two pieces a day instead of having three or four and replacing it with pointed foods and she lost 2lb this week so it’s gotta be worth a go!
