I love taking photographs of things I love; my boys, pretty flowers, their milestones, things I don’t want to forget and currently have over 9000 photographs sitting in my camera roll. Most of the time, my photographs end up sitting in the memory of my camera or my phone and don’t make it out. Recently I was asked by Parrot Print if I wanted to have one of my favourite photographs printed onto a personalised photo canvas print and of course, as I love to see photographs around our home I agreed and knew exactly which photograph I would choose.
Parrot Print are an experienced photo to canvas printing service who specialise in printing digital photographs onto heavyweight archival grade canvas. Every canvas they produce has an ultra-protective satin finish which means that the canvas will not crack, flake or bubble and has enhanced colours and depth.
I chose one of my favourite photographs from the boys photoshoot back in November and knew I wanted to get it printed out to treasure forever. My digital photo was quite high in resolution so I knew it would come out well on canvas. After ordering through the website, I was excited to see how it would look in real life.
When the canvas arrived, I couldn’t wait to see it. It was well packaged (in a cardboard box) and wrapped in a protective plastic wrapping. Once I’d opened the packaging, I was really pleased to see the print in all it’s glory on the canvas. It looks fantastic.
The canvas has been stretched onto a handmade wooden frame which uses the finest European pine frames that are knot/warp free, kiln dried and environmentally sustainable. It is so well made. It’s really beautiful.
We are so pleased with the service and the product from Parrot Print. The canvas is really well made, the print is clear and the colours are beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate in using them again for any future photographs we want to print off onto canvas.
