You know you’re a grown up when you talk (and get excited) about bin liners but bear with me. As a Mum there is nothing more irritating in the kitchen than a bin liner that slips down inside the bin and then the rest of the family ignore it (or don’t realise) and continue to throw their waste on top of it all. It is so messy! Thankfully help is at hand and Bacofoil® have recently launched their new Elasti-Fit® Bin Liners which are a fantastic idea and so useful.
Recent research from Bacofoil® uncovered that the main issue consumers have with bin liners is that they don’t fit correctly, they slip down into the bin and they split causing an inconvenient mess. I’ve been there and it is such a faff. No-one wants to scrape yesterday’s leftover food remains from the bottom of the bin. They realised they could come up with a solution and have recently launched their new Elasti-Fit® Bin Liners which help alleviate some of these problems.
Prevent messy slippages
The new Bacofoil® Elasti-Fit® bin liners have a unique built in elastic fastening system that securely fixes around the bin edge to prevent the bin liner slipping down. No more sloppy messes at the bottom of the bin to clear up.
To help prevent leaks, the Bacofoil® Elasti-Fit® bin liners have a triple layer thickness which means they are really durable.
The bin liners have drawstring handles for easy closing and carrying. I hated using bin liners with flimsy handles that broke easily. These handles feel really strong and capable of carrying the bin waste.
Sealed at the side
You know when the family have packed the bin so full, that as soon as you attempt to pull out the bin liner from the bin to empty it, the weight of the waste impacts on the bin liner and the bin liner splits leaving all the mess at the bottom of the bin. Not any more, the Bacofoil® Elasti-Fit® bin liners are sealed at the side of the liner so the weight doesn’t affect the removal. I think this is a genius idea and so simple but hugely effective.
The Bacofoil® Elasti-Fit® Bin Liners are available in two sizes; 10 x 50L or 12 x 30L with an RRP of £2.49.
Having used the bin liners over the last few weeks, they have made such a difference in our kitchen. We’ve had no bin spillages, the bags haven’t split and taking out the rubbish has been so much easier.
