A couple of weeks ago, Freddie and I were invited to Kelmarsh Hall and Gardens in Northamptonshire for an afternoon with Bambo Nature. We had previously worked with Bambo Nature as Freddie has been reviewing their nappies so it was lovely to meet the team, learn more about the brand and their range of products as well as enjoy some activities and meet other bloggers and their little ones.
Bambo Nature are an eco-friendly baby products brand who make nappies, wipes and skin care products. Bambo Nature pride themselves on producing environmentally friendly products and in particular, nappies that are soft, gentle on little bottoms and contain no harmful ingredients.
The event was held to launch their new range of skin care products; Bath Buddy Hair and Body Wash, Soothing Cream and Splish Splash Bath Oil and it was a lovely afternoon finding out more about the brand and getting hands on with their products.
We were treated to a relaxed session of baby massage with Emma from Tinytoes. It was a chance to try out the Splish Splash Bath Oil as well as learn a few key reflexology techniques under Emma’s expert guidance. We have recently been on a baby massage course at our local children’s centre so it was great to learn more about how reflexology can help calm your baby as well as help with any sleep issues, colic, reflex, constipation and teething. It was a wonderful session and lulled Freddie into a very relaxed state. We’ll definitely be continuing with baby massage as it has so many positive effects. I love spending time with Freddie especially after his bath using the massage techniques I’ve learned. It really does promote a special bond between Mum and baby.
The Splish Splash Bath Oil can be used in a warm bath and massaged into dry skin. It’s unique caring formula is free of perfumes, parabens and dyes and is also dermatologically tested. Freddie’s skin is quite sensitive and we have had no issues at all when using the oil, it leaves his skin soft and nourished.
Freddie was then invited to have his photograph taken by Natalie of Imaging Eye Photography and I was amazed at how Freddie reacted to her. He gave her the best smiles and she managed to capture some wonderful photographs of my beautiful boy.
We were gifted a goodie bag full of Bambo Nature products so we could take home the products and try them out for ourselves at home.
We’ve been using the Bath Buddy Hair and Body Wash in both Freddie’s and his older brothers baths since the event and it’s been a great product so far. I mentioned earlier that Freddie has very sensitive skin and Bambo Nature’s Hair and Body Wash has been great. It’s fragrance, dye and paraben-free and certified by Asthma-Allergy Denmark.
Similarly, we’ve used the Love Balm Soothing Cream to protect Freddie’s skin against nappy rash. The soothing cream creates a breathable protective barrier on the skin to keep it soft, smooth and nourished. As with all Bambo Nature products, the Love Balm contains natural and organic ingredients, is vegan, dermatologist tested and eco-certified.
We love that Bambo Nature have my baby’s best interests at heart. Their products are safe, effective and kind to sensitive skin. What’s more, they love to help the environment too. What’s not to love!
Freddie and I had a lovely afternoon with Bambo Nature. It was so nice to have a relaxed afternoon trying out the products, learning something new and meeting new friends. Thanks Bambo Nature.
