A day in the life with AQUA Carpatica // Review

AQUA Carpatica

*A post in association with AQUA Carpatica

As a Mum with two young children, I find I am always running around looking after their needs before mine, because that’s what Mums do isn’t it and I often forget to drink something through the day. During my pregnancy, I went off a lot of drinks and drank a lot of water but since the arrival of baby Freddie, 12 weeks ago, I’ve been slipping back into bad habits and putting the kettle on more often. In an attempt to get my health back and look after myself a little bit more, I’m trying to drink a lot more water and recently was introduced to AQUA Carpatica, a still mineral water now available to buy in Tesco stores.

AQUA Carpatica

AQUA Carpatica is the purest natural mineral water available in the UK. It’s naturally low in sodium and nitrates and has a functional clean profile with electrolytes and minerals such as calcium and magnesium. It tastes really pure and has a smooth, silky taste and leaves no funny after taste in the mouth which is perfect for us as a family. My five year old son, Olly, drinks a lot of water and since I’ve been using this brand of water in his bottle at home and for school, his water intake has increased which I’m happy with.

AQUA Carpatica

AQUA Carpatica is sourced in the Carpathian Mountains and is available to buy in Ocado, Amazon, Harrods, Whole Foods Market, As Nature Intended and now Tesco. The bottled water is available in three varieties; Still Natural Mineral Water, Naturally Sparkling Mineral Water and Forte Intensely Sparkling Mineral Water.

I’ve been making sure I drink at least 2 litres of water throughout the day to keep myself hydrated. I always fill up Olly’s bottle every morning and whilst I’ve been filling his bottle I’ve made sure to pour myself a glass of water and drink it whilst I’m waiting for the toast to pop out the toaster and my porridge to cook in the microwave.

If I’m out in the car, I’ll take a bottle of water with me so I have no excuse not to have a drink. This also means I always have something on hand to offer Olly if we are stuck in traffic and he wants a drink.

AQUA Carpatica

I’ve really enjoyed trying out AQUA Carpatica. I love the square bottle design, which is simple but stylish as well as being BPA (Bisphenol A) free which means it’s 100% recyclable which I am so pleased about. We are huge recycling fans in our house! AQUA Carpatic encourage bottle reuse too which is helping us all to be more sustainable which is so important these days.

AQUA Carpatica is brand new to Tesco stores and the 1 Litre Still Mineral Water is currently on offer in store where you can get two 1 Litre bottles for just £1 between 20th March and 11th April 2018. It’s a very competitive price and one that is sure to be snapped up by families just like mine!

This water sounds great and I definitely need to drink more water….especially being pregnant. I’m also guilty for putting the kettle on for a cup of decaf tea. Claire x

What funky packaging! Loved watching your DITL. You’re so good starting the day with water. I was having hot water and lemon for a while but fell out of the habit.

Love the look of this, I like to just drink water, but sometimes tap water doesn’t taste that nice! Looks like a lovely family day too! X

I find it so hard to drink the water I should be drinking during the day – but I know it’s so important! Definitely going to look up this brand – our tap water tastes horrid so this might help me up my H20 game!

I seriously need to remember to drink more water, I spend most of my day binge drinking coffee and then wonder why my skin is so dry… erm.
