Easter is just around the corner and you may be thinking about getting some Easter treats in for the family and your friends. There’s a brilliant selection of treats in the supermarkets at the moment whether it’s chocolate eggs, hot cross buns or novelty chocolates, there really is something for everyone.
Aldi have a fantastic selection of chocolate treats in store. From their DairyFine Hollow Milk Chocolate Easter Bunnies at just 65p each, they make an inexpensive treat for children. I bought a shopping basket full of these as Easter gifts for Olly’s school Teachers and Support Staff. Just a little thank you for their help throughout the year and I’m sure they’ll be gratefully received.
I also love the Choceur Chocolate Bunnies at just 79p each, they’re available in milk, white or chocolate varieties so something for everyone. These are great for friends who like to have the same gifts but have different chocolate tastes.
Aldi also sell a huge range of chocolate treats from their Moser Roth Easter Collection of luxury truffles to their Moo Free Easter egg range. There’s a fantastic choice of Easter treats for the whole family.
The Saturdays singer, Frankie Bridge has this year teamed up with Cadburys to bring the story of the Easter Bunny to life. The Tale of The Great Easter Bunny tells the story of the Easter Bunny and encourages families across the nation to take part in their own magical Easter Egg Hunts together over the Easter season. The story is available to download for free from the Cadbury website here.
For more egg-citing fun to do at home head over to the Cadburys website where there is a downloadable activity pack, Easter recipes to try out as well as props, signs and clues to put on your very own Easter egg hunt.
Disclosure: Thanks to Aldi and Cadburys for sending us some Easter treats to share on the blog. All words and images are my own.
