As a Mum wanting to improve her lifestyle with a healthy diet (and the occasional bit of exercise), I’m always trying to find ways to get my family to enjoy a healthier lifestyle too. One of the ways I try to incorporate additional vitamins into all of our diets is by drinking a regular glass of Pomegreat fruit juice. It’s a tasty and nutritious drink that the whole family can enjoy.
There are so many benefits of drinking Pomegreat and recently, it’s recipe has been reformulated to make the juice drink a healthier choice with no added sugar and more vitamins. I am always looking for easy ways to get extra vitamins into my four year old son without the fuss and thankfully drinking this healthy fruit juice is one way that I can do this.
Did you know that Pomegreat is rich in vitamins A, C, D and E?
By drinking a glass of Pomegreat as part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle, you can refuel your body with a juice that is packed with vitamins each with their own health benefits.
Vitamin A helps the maintenance of normal vision and supports the normal function of the immune system helping to ward off germs and common bugs.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant which helps to protect the body’s cells from oxidative stress (an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the ability of the body to counteract their harmful effects).
Vitamin C helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and promotes the normal function of the immune system. All of which is vital in young, active families with children at school like mine.
Vitamin D helps to promote the normal function of children’s immune systems which as we all know is vital when children so readily share their germs at home and at school.
Free from artificial colours and sweeteners
Whilst the drink is full of great vitamins, it’s also free from artificial colours and sweeteners so I’m happy in the knowledge that when the family are enjoying a glass as part of a meal or snack after work or school, they’re enjoying a refreshing drink that is contributing to a healthier lifestyle.
You too can enjoy a glass of Pomegreat as it’s available from all major supermarkets with an rrp of just £1.40.
