Preparing for back to school with Stuck On You // review

*This is a collaborative review

I can’t quite believe that Olly will be starting full-time school in September. He’ll be going in to Reception class along with the friends he’s made in pre-school and I’m quite nervous about it if I’m honest. Luckily for us, it won’t be all change as he’ll be in the same Early Years classroom and have the same Teacher and as he’s already been wearing the school uniform, so he won’t see a difference there.

Stuck On You Labels

As he’ll be in full-time school, we’ll be needing a fresh new set of uniform as well as all the other school bits and pieces that children need. I’m pleased to be working with Stuck on You this summer and Olly’s all set for going back to school with their range of personalised labels, bento box and lunch cooler bag. He’s really pleased with his new lunch goodies and as a Mum shelling out a small fortune in uniform and shoes, I’m pleased that I can label all his new school gear.

Top Mama tip – label everything

Any parents with school-aged children will know that when you send your child to school, you need to label everything they wear and bring in from home. School jumpers, polo shirts, trousers, shoes, PE kit and coats are a must as well as any bags and stationery.

Stuck On You labels

We love the range of labels from Stuck On You. There is so much choice. From a practical Mum point of view, there’s a brilliant range of labels including Iron On clothing labels for all the clothing we need to label, Stick On labels for shoes and bags, labels that are scratch resistant, permanent clothing labels and bag tags.

We’ve got the 0-5 Pre-school Labels pack and this includes 26 x Medium Iron On Name Labels (permanent clothing label, washing machine and dryer safe), 100 x Mini Name Labels, 26 x Medium Round Name Labels (scratch-resistant coating, safe for microwave and dishwasher) and 26 x Medium Round Iron On Clothing Labels (permanent clothing label, machine and dryer safe) and 1 x Personalised Bag Tag (keychain style). I love the mix of labels in the pack and they’re brilliant value. I’ve already started labelling all Olly’s new school gear and will continue to do so over the Summer so I’m prepared and ready come September.

Making lunchtimes a little easier

Lunchtime’s at school will be a whole new ball game for Olly in September. He’ll be staying in school all day and will be staying in school for lunch. For a child who is a fussy little monkey when it comes to food, we are hoping we’ll be able to provide him with his own packed lunch every day.

Stuck On You bag and bento box

The Stuck On You Bento Box and Cooler Bag is a brilliant combo which will be ideal for Olly. We’ll be filling the Bento Box with all his usual favourites as there’s space in the box for a range of food bits. There’s space for veggies, dairy, fruits, proteins and grains as well as a little compartment for sauces and dressings too.

Inside Bento Box Stuck On You

The Bento Box is personalised with a choice of name on the front of the box and can be personalised with a colour and theme too. Olly chose a blue Bento Box personalised with his name and a very cute cartoon Pirate.

The Bento Box is a complete leak-proof system as it has a leak-proof silicone seal inside the lid. The lid completely covers each individual section meaning the food won’t transfer to other sections and also means that you can pop yogurt, sauce and dips into the wet food compartment and it won’t leak everywhere and spoil the rest of the food.

The Cooler Bag is a great companion to the Bento Box as it is an insulated and thermal lined lunch bag. The Bento Box fits brilliantly inside and it comes complete with the a slim ice brick so that you can keep lunches cooler and fresher for longer. The Cooler Bag is personalised again with Olly’s name and features the same Pirate cartoon as the Bento Box. With a easy to open zip fastening and carry handle he’ll be able to carry it into school himself.

I know Olly will love taking his very own lunch box into school and hopefully knowing that his bento box is full of his favourite foods, his lunchtime’s will be one that he’ll look forward too.
