It’s Monday, first day back at work after a few days off, back to the last term of pre-school before Christmas. I’ve been awful with my diet since June and I’ll hold my hands up and say for one reason or another (mainly emotions and hormones) I have piled on the weight and I’m pretty appalled with myself. There’s no time to dwell on it so I’m back on it (I wonder how many times I’ve said that) and have made a plan and I’m going to stick to it.
We suffered last week as we were away for a few days so we let the fridge run down. I didn’t have my usual fruit in which I missed and I didn’t drink half as much water as I should have done. So back to basics, I’ve got the recipe books out, asked the husband what meals he’d like to eat this week and planned a menu.

I’ve also filmed a little Slimming World update and have vlogged our meal plan and weekly food shop. Bare with me on the vlog front, I’m still really nervous in front of the camera and I really should have done my hair and slapped my face on but hey ho, keeping it real over here!
