Saying Happy Birthday with Biscuiteers

When it comes to birthdays, I absolutely love them. We only get to celebrate one birthday a year and the throws of everyday life can make birthdays a real milestone and a sense of achievement. Another year older and another year wiser, it’s important to celebrate the day. When Biscuiteers offered to send me a box of their beautiful birthday biscuits, I knew just the person who would absolutely love them, my Sister celebrating her birthday at the beginning of September.

The tin arrived and it was so shiny and colourful it was a real treat to look at. Beautifully decorated with birds, birthday presents, balloons and a cake with the words ‘Happy Birthday’, it’s a fantastic gift for someone celebrating their big day.

I took the tin of biscuits to my Sisters for her birthday barbecue and we were intrigued to have a look inside and see what the biscuits looked as the tin was so beautiful. When we opened it up, the biscuits were very delicately wrapped in pink tissue paper and cleverly arranged with a blob of icing between food-safe packaging so they wouldn’t be able to move around during transit.

What a treat! The biscuits inside were absolutely amazing. There were 16 biscuits in total (we were sent the family sized tin) all different shapes including candles, balloons, presents and a cake and were all wonderfully iced. It’s rather amazing to know that these biscuits are all made by hand using old fashioned non-industrialised techniques. They’re even iced by hand and what amazing icing designs they are too!

The Birthday biscuits we enjoyed were chocolate flavour and were a really good size. They smelt amazing in the tin and tasted really indulgent too. They didn’t last long as the whole family enjoyed them.

The Biscuiteers Birthday tin was a fantastic gift which was really well received. To be fair, we shared the biscuits around the family at the barbecue and every single family member who tried one, absolutely loved them.

They are indulgent, they taste amazing and they are so pretty too! If you’re struggling for an idea for someone special’s birthday coming up, you can’t really go wrong with a personalised Biscuiteers gifts made by hand.

Oh I love them! My sisters both have birthdays next month and one lives quite a way away so if we don’t see her on her birthday I’d look into these.

I think the Biscuiteers biscuits make brilliant presents for people. My mouth waters every time one of their emails arrives in my inbox. The are so cleverly iced and great themes, I love their safari tin!
