Bye Bye Mum tum, getting in shape with All Shape Up

As many readers will know, I have been working hard on losing weight for the last couple of years with my healthier eating, determination and persistence. I’ve lost the best part of five stone in that time and having lost the weight, I’ve gained a new confidence in myself and my ability to do new things.

When it comes to exercise, if I’m honest, I’m a bit rubbish. I’ve always used the excuse that I am too busy with being a working Mum, looking after my three year old Olly, running the home, working on my blog and every other commitment that needs to get done before going to bed. But it’s time to make some changes. I actually miss exercise, I miss the sense of accomplishment, the rush of endorphins and actually seeing my body change with the workout.

Before Olly came along I was into Zumba and even did a bit of running stumbling along the pavement and it had great benefits. With time being precious and finances tight, I’ve recently been introduced to the perfect solution, All Shape Up.

All Shape Up, which launches officially in November, are a health and fitness platform that will enable users to access over 100 workouts and 100 healthy recipes from anywhere in the world and at any time of the day. The workouts range from absolute beginner through to Military Fitness with Yoga, HIIT and Body Sculpt sessions so there’s something for every ability and you can do the workouts in your own home, so no need for extensive gym equipment and you can keep the curtains closed away from nosy neighbours if you really want to.

Ex-Royal Marine, Personal Trainer and Director of All Shape Up, James Hesling is passionate about creating an affordable hub for health and fitness that offers the flexibility and variation of being able to achieve goals easier and more conveniently than anywhere else.

“Our advanced personal trainers offer over 100 workouts including HIIT, Yoga, Military Fitness and Body Sculpt. With over 100 delicious and healthy recipes available, there’s no better place to become a healthier, fitter and happier you.”

Not only will I be able to access the workout videos once Olly has gone to bed, I’ll be able to compliment my existing diet with recipe ideas from the platform. There’s over 100 tasty, nutritious recipes designed to make you feel fuller for longer, whilst maximising fat loss and workout recovery (sounds good yes?) The hub will give you a full list of ingredients and a method of how to recreate the dish at home with prep and cooking time indicated too.

The ethos of All Shape Up is one that I can completely resonate with; Believe in Yourself, Be Patient and Enjoy it. We all know that the key to any success is a belief that you can achieve and with anything you don’t get instant results. It takes time to lose weight and the same applies to getting fitter. I know I’m never going to get into a size 10 but I do believe I can reduce the size of my Mum tum and tone up my bingo wings and with help, knowledge and support from the team at All Shape Up I know I can do it.

To find out more about All Shape Up, how they can help you achieve your fitness goals, and to take advantage of their fantastic pre-launch offer where you can pre-order an annual membership to the hub for half price, at just £35 (that’s just less than ten pence a day for a whole years access to workouts and nutritional recipes) you can visit their website below.

I’ll be sharing my fitness goals and progress over the next few months in a bid to get fitter, hope you’ll come back and check in on how I’m getting on.
Disclosure: This is a collaborative post but one I cannot wait to get stuck into.

This sounds like a great idea. I think I’d struggle to keep motivation to do it though, just losing weight never seems like enough motivation to me, I need a challenge to be working towards or I can’t make myself exercise!
