Know your floors with Vileda – SuperMocio 3Action Mop Review
*This is a collaborative post
Cleaning floors isn’t the most glamorous of jobs but it’s something that we all do when we’ve got our own homes. Whether you’ve got tiles, lino, wood or laminate throughout your home, to combat the wear and tear and keeping up appearances it’s important to make sure they’re kept clean and in good condition.
Vileda, the floor cleaning experts, understand the daily struggles of keeping our floors clean and have designed a range of products that help to minimise the time needed to keep on top of these jobs. Different flooring in our homes needs different products to help maintain the appearance and longevity of them and this is where Vileda can help as I’m sure, if you’re anything like me, don’t really understand which product is needed to do the best job.
At home, we have lino and laminate down in our hall, kitchen and bathroom. The rest of our home is carpeted throughout. With this in mind, Vileda sent me a SuperMocio 3Action Mop to test out at home.
The Vileda SuperMocio 3Action Mop comes in two parts; the telescopic handle and the mop head. The mop head easily attaches to the handle and you’re ready to go. The SuperMocio 3Action mop has three main functions; to pick up dirt, hair and particles, a red spot eraser for hard to clean areas and the super-absorbent microfibre zones which are ideal for cleaning grease and soaking up the water from the floor.
We’ve been using the SuperMocio 3Action mop over the last month or so on our kitchen floor and have been really impressed with it. I have previously used floor wipes instead of mopping our floor and have seen an improvement in the cleanliness of the floor. I tend to use the mop dry to pick up bits and then soak the mop in the bucket, wring it out and then use the mop over the floor area a couple of times or as required. I’ve been really impressed with the red spot eraser as it helps to shift those stubborn stains like sticky orange juice that Olly spills on the floor when he’s trying to be super independent.
The mop head can be changed as refills are available to buy in most major supermarkets and has an rrp of just £6.29.
Vileda are in the know about floors and want you to make sure you’re using the right mop at home. Check out the videos to make sure you know your floors too!
