The Me and Mine Project | June 2016

June has been a fantastic month for us as a family. We went on our first foreign holiday, just the three of us, and spent a week in the sunshine in the Canary Islands. We had such a wonderful week. The weather was hot and sunny, the hotel was stunning and we all just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. It was just amazing.

    This month Daddy has

    • loved going on holiday and the all inclusive food and drink
    • winning the darts tournament on holiday and receiving a medal and certificate on stage
    • enjoyed completing coursework towards his Masters in Education
    • loved watching the Euro 2016 football tournament on TV and sharing in Olly’s excitement for the game

    This month Olly has

    • loved collecting the Panini stickers for his Euro 2016 sticker book (huge thanks to Mummy and Daddy’s friends who have swapped stickers with us)
    • been speaking basic Spanish whilst on holiday
