Another week has gone, hello February! A month of birthday celebrations for our little Ollybobs as he turns three years old. I can’t quite believe where the time has gone but we’re embracing his transition from toddler to little boy and cannot wait to see his little face when he sees his presents on Wednesday morning.
We’ve had a good week on the meal planning / cooking front. We’ve used all the foods up in the fridge and eaten well. On Tuesday at SW, it was taster night and I got to try some new foods that I might cook up at home; the SW friendly onion bhajis and bean bake were delicious so I might give them a go when I get some time.
This week we’re celebrating Olly’s birthday and have a few lovely things planned to commemorate the big day. I’ve got the day off work and we’re planning on visiting our local SeaLife Centre as Olly wants to see the fishes and wants a birthday treat of a Pizza next weekend we’re up north on the West Lancashire coast for a weekend of birthday fun and we can’t wait to spend the day on the beach come rain or shine!
Here’s what’s coming up on the menu this week;
Roast Chicken dinner with vegetables and SW roast potatoes
Sausages, mash and vegetables (I’ll have SW sausages)
SW burgers, actifry chips and salad
Meatballs, mash and peas (Birthday boys choice)
Dinner at my Parents for a birthday dinner
Breakfasts will be;
Weetabix with fruit
Fruit and Fibre with added fruit
