It’s the final week of the term and I am so happy that hubby will be off work for six long weeks. Of course, I am super jealous that I’ll be in work but Little Mr gets to spend some quality time with his Daddy and hubby can have some time to chill out and get himself back to full fitness.
This weeks meal plan was made by hubby as he ran around the supermarket on Sunday morning before we met our friends for lunch. He mentally made a note of all out favourite meals and came up with this meal plan for the week ahead;
Last week our meal plan was a bit squiffy as hubby was admitted to hospital with stomach pains and suspected appendicitis. Luckily it wasn’t appendicitis and he was able to come home after one night in hospital but obviously didn’t want to eat big meals or anything too spicy.
I didn’t make it to weigh in on Tuesday evening so I’m hoping for a loss on the scales this week. Although I seem to have eaten for England this weekend but I’m still hopeful. I seem to have phases where I am really restrained and stick within my syns and then other days when I just want to eat everything! I need to busy myself this week to keep me out of the kitchen and on plan. I don’t want a couple of bad days to ruin what has been a good week!
