Review: Personalised iPhone Case from Print Your Stuff

I am a total sucker for personalised things, I love to see my precious photographs being put to good use so when the folk at Print Your Stuff asked me if I’d like to review one of their personalised iPhone cases, I happily agreed as I didn’t have one for my phone.

Print Your Stuff is an online printing service based in Telford in the West Midlands. They have over 30 years experience in printing and most recently introduced personalised phone cases to their repertoire. They sell a range of phone cases to be printed onto included Apple, Samsung, Sony and HTC. All cases are as standard, ultra durable and are lined with a special TPU resin which helps to protect the phone from those inevitable drops.

Their online printing service is quick and easy to use. I selected the appropriate case and then set about uploading a photograph of my own to personalise the case. There is an option to use images from their online collection and I’m a personal fan of the mint green chevron design which is really stylish and would look awesome as a phone case.

Once I had uploaded my desired photograph you can use the basic editing software to customise how you want your phone case to look. You can add text and then customise the font and size of it along with filters to add to the design to make it a truly unique phone case.

I was pleased with how my photograph looked on screen as they show you an online preview of how your case will look. I completed the checkout process which was quick and easy and sat back awaiting for my personalised phone case to arrive. To my joy, the case arrived a couple of days later. All orders have free standard delivery.

I was really pleased with how the photograph appears on the phone case. It reminds me of a fabulous day at the beach with Little Mr and this makes me smile.

I love seeing my photograph on the front but I’m not keen on the resin colour at the edges. If the resin colour could be chosen to suit the photograph it would look much better and more aesthetically pleasing.

If I’m brutally honest, I’m not a huge fan of the bulky case. I have found it hard to press the volume buttons on the side and to mute my phone when in the protective case as I’m just not used to it however there is no denying how protective the case is with its smooth rounded corners and resin protection.

The personalised iPhone case from Print Your Stuff costs £19.99.

Disclaimer: I was sent a personalised phone case for the purpose of this review. All words and images are my own and this forms an honest and reliable review.

I think I would probably also struggle with the bulky case, but I love the idea of a personalised one.
