As a busy working Mama in her early thirties, I am worried about aging and looking old. In my late teens and early twenties, I got away with looking older than I was but all of a sudden, perhaps it was the late nights, disturbed sleep and early mornings, but I started to look old in a not so great way! At the start of the year I was introduced to Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman, a health supplement that combines essential multi-vitamins to help boost 7 key areas.
What’s in them?
The Perfect 7 Woman supplement is scientifically proven to support 7 key areas. These include;
- Zinc for healthy skin and nails
- Biotin to help maintain normal hair
- Magnesium contributes to giving you energy
- DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) is essential for brain and heart development
- Vitamin B2 to help support vision
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) is essential to keep hearts healthy
- Vitamin B6 supports hormonal activity
I was keen to try the supplements as I took a multivitamin when I was pregnant with Little Mr and I really believe it helped me stay healthier whilst my body was undergoing change so I really should have continued to take a multivitamin to help me into motherhood.
Perfect 7 are quite large tablets and there are two tablets to take per day; one tablet from the purple blister packet and one capsule from the silver blister packet. Take whole with a glass of water.
I have found that the Perfect7 supplements have helped me feel more healthy in my own skin. Although I have a relatively healthy diet which I can attribute to my weight loss, I don’t eat fish where some of the sources of key vitamins and minerals are found. Taking the supplement helps me get the vitamins my body needs without me forcing down some oily fish which I just don’t like.
Would I recommend them?
Yes. I have been taking Perfect7 since January and I believe they are really helping me out. I respect the brand Seven Seas and combined with my diet, Perfect7 are helping me feel young as I creep towards middle age so I will continue taking these for the foreseeable.
