Review: Trunki PaddlePak

We were delighted to be selected as Chief Testers for Trunki recently and over the last four weeks, we have been reviewing the Ribbit the Frog PaddlePak.

The PaddlePak is a brilliant invention. It’s a water resistant backpack which would be absolutely ideal for a trip to the beach. Little Mr took his PaddlePak to the local pool and he looked absolutely adorable walking along with it on his back.

The Trunki PaddlePak is made from really lightweight material so it’s not too heavy for little ones to carry once it’s filled (up to 7.5 litres capacity). Not only is the material water resistant but is also very durable which helps to wetness out or prevent leaks.

Little Mr models the Trunki PaddlePak (moody face and wild hair – models own!)

I love the features of the PaddlePak. Ribbit the Frog is one of several eye catching designs perfect for toddlers aged 2 years plus. Little Mr loves wearing it and I’m pleased that it has adjustable shoulder straps, a hanging loop (for wet changing room floors) and a padded mesh back. Little Mr loves the pocket and likes to keep his pennies in there when we’re out and about.

The safety features of the Trunki PaddlePak are brilliant. There’s the break-away safety buckle and the reflective trim which is great for keeping children seen at dusk or dawn when visibility is affected.

Little Mr has loved wearing the PaddlePak and I do think he loves very cute wearing it. It’s certainly eye catching and stands out from the crowd. We have used it for swimming of late and will be taking it to the beach next year when the weather warms up.

The Ribbit the Frog PaddlePak is priced at £19.99 and is available from Trunki online. A brilliant bag perfect for a splashing good time.
