    On-trend Mumspiration from F&F // AD

With the sunshine making an appearance of late, my thoughts have turned to what clothes I have in my wardrobe and how desperate I am to have a wardrobe overhaul and get some colour back into my life.

During the week I wear a lot of black, typical professional office wear of black trousers with some sort of top. Unfortunately for me, my weight hasn’t shifted as well as I would of hoped so I am well and truly into the plus size range of clothes in the shops. What irritates me about a lot of plus size clothing is that it’s more designed for older women (like my Nan, sorry Nan!) and I’m only in my early thirties and want to look on-trend, both in the office and out. Luckily for me, the lovely folk at F&F offered to send me some mumspiration in the form of some on-trend clothes from their latest Spring Summer collection and I’m pleased to say I rather like them. Nothing for my Nan in sight!

    On-trend from F&F

I was sent a vibrant blue textured skater dress which I can team up with black leggings. Perfect for either the office or at home. Although I have yet to wear a dress into work so maybe this year is the year I do it. I was sent a grey and white stripe long sleeved t-shirt with coral trim which has quite a baggy fit so looks great with the black leggings and floral pumps. Perfect for running errands in and the supermarket shop.

I was also sent this absolutely fantastic on-trend belted mac in a bright hot pink colour. The mac has a curved collar, mock gun flaps and statement over-stitching, a real must have for Spring Summer. I haven’t got a jacket for the Spring yet so this is a fabulous addition to the wardrobe. It’s light enough for walks to the park and smart enough to wear into work on a cool day.

Little Mr was also treated to a very trendy robot Name It rain jacket which we put to good use yesterday as the weather became all monsoon-like and we got a bit wet walking back to the car from soft play. It kept him dry and warm and he rather likes the robot print and kept pointing to the various robots on his chest.

I’ve now got a few staples to start off my Spring Summer wardrobe. I’m really loving quite a lot of the range from F&F and it is very reasonably priced too so I’ll definitely be adding a few more things to my wardrobe soon. A big thanks to the F&F team for our selection of clothes and also for sending me a very lovely box of goodies for Mothers Day. They were very much appreciated.

If you’re looking for On-Trend Mumspiration head on over to F&F for the latest looks and stylish prints suitable for all shapes and sizes.

Disclaimer: We were sent the above clothes for the purpose of this post. All words and images are my own.
