Weigh in update: week 72

So it seems you need to eat food in order to lose weight! This week weigh in showed I’d lost 2.5lb. I’m very pleased with that. I’ve got 1lb to go until I’ve lost 5 whole stone (69lb lost so far) so that’s what I’m aiming for, for next week.

This week I’m in work for one day (half term) then I’m off on annual leave for a couple of days. We’re looking after my nephew towards the end of the week and have a few bits planned to keep myself busy. I’m also volunteering on Sunday for our local Race for Life event which should be a great day, it’s my way of helping out instead of tapping everyone up for more sponsorship.

    Congrats on your loss!! At least you now know it works for you. I hope you reach your 5st next week be a major achievement for you! Have a good week off :)
