Meal Planning Monday 11.06.2012


Back to work and back to eating normal foods. Half term really messes up with our routine of eating normally, we tend to just eat when we have chance if we’ve got plans or eat when we’re hungry. I’ll be glad to get back into our usual routine and have sat with hubby over the weekend and planned out our meals.

Monday: Cod fillets with lemon butter sauce, potatoes and vegetables
Tuesday: Country French chicken with basmati rice
Wednesday: Chicken with paprika seasoning and salad/or potatoes and vegetables if it’s cold
Thursday: Hubby’s famous chilli meatballs
Friday: Hubby at Cricket / I’ll eat a WW meal and salad
Saturday: Battered fish, oven chips and mushy peas

Unfortunately the weather here in the UK is crap, we’ve had lots of rain and the wind is so forceful. I’m afraid our Summer looks as though it’s been and gone and this is reflected in the meals we’re having. If it was warm, we’d be having lovely salads and barbecue’s but good ol’ comfort food is well and truly back on the menu.
