Lost the plot..

I’ve been off the rails this week. I’ve struggled to get back on track following half term and boy, did it show on the scales.. 4.5lb on!

I am not a happy bunny. I know why I’m gaining, basically because I’m eating rubbish when I should be eating healthy meals. I’ve had Pizza, McDonalds, Haribo, chocolate and pancakes (and that’s what I can remember eating) so goodness knows what else I ate mindlessly last week.

I’ll be eating more healthily this week with more fruit and veg on the menu. I’ve given myself a bollocking and now i’m back on it.. {sig}
