The scales are working!

Hurrah! The scales are working in my favour and have shown a 2lb loss this week. I’m pleased with that. I’m hoping my exercise and healthy eating combo is now fully functional and is helping me do what it’s supposed to do = lose weight! I’m not counting my chickens so will see what next week brings.

I’ve got Zumba planned in for tomorrow and Monday evenings, C25k sessions for Thursday evening and Saturday morning, possibly a huge walk on Saturday over Cannock Chase with hubby and his school kids on their Duke of Edinburgh practice and another walk with woofer on Sunday before I bake my Dad a mahoosive choccy birthday cake. Lots of activity planned, I really want another good loss next week to get me nearer my 5 stone total loss. Slow and steady is the way ahead me thinks {sig}
