Wiggle it Wednesday

This week is proving very active. I went to Zumba on Monday night and then had so much energy I vacuumed the entire house whilst bopping to some tunes. I find if I put my earphones in and crank up the music, I end up dancing round the house. It’s a good job hubby was out! When I fell into bed on Monday night I’d managed to earn 11 activity points so I was pretty pleased with that.

Weigh in showed I’d lost 1.5lb taking me to 65lb total loss. I’m pleased with that giving the fact that I sneaky peeked on Monday before Zumba and it looked like I’d gained so little and often is what I’m going with. Been to Zumba again tonight for a wiggle and although I found it hard work 35 minutes in, it was worth it to keep going. Definitely got my sweat on and came home red in the face and feeling good.

I’ve decided to keep the dress. I’m going to bust my ass over the next 3 weeks (23 days) to try and get into it. I’m planning on going to my Zumba class twice per week and the rest of the week I’ll be walking and getting on the Wii to burn the calories. Keep your fingers crossed for me pretty please as there is no back up dress (so far)! {sig}
