It’s started….C25k

I’ve been saying for ages that I was going to start the C25k (Couch to 5k) running plan so tonight I did. Came home from work, changed and made a start. And here’s the proof that I completed day one of week one.


You may notice there are two ticks along the bottom. The second tick was from the second training session I completed last year (ha, didn’t get very far did I?) I’m hoping to do a lot more this year as I’ve been inspired with how well a fellow WW friend has been getting on with it (plus she’s had FANTASTIC weight losses so I want a bit of that action on the scales!) Will let you know how I get on.. {sig}

    Well done, you’ll see great results soon. I found running really toned me up, but I did put on a few lbs. This was muscle though so don’t panic!
