The thrill of a smaller size….

This weekend has been a good one. I’ve had to buy a smaller pair of jeans! Eeeeeeeeeeeekkk!

I decided for my friends Hen Do meal at a posh pub, I’d wear a pair of dark blue jeans, my white frilly shirt and new Davina pumps. I tried on my jeans and they just seemed too baggy round the bum. I’m really starting to see a difference in my body shape lately and of course, I’m delighted. Not so delighted with the expensive that losing weight is costing me!

I have at least 2 bin bags full of clothes again that don’t fit. They’re all too big and look like they hang off me. I wish Ebay was more cost effective to sell my clothes because they’re still in good condition mostly due to the fact that I’ve only worn them a few times and the last time I took some clothes to a charity shop they were really ungrateful.

I’ve also got a new mission for the next couple of months. My friend Amanda gets married in mid May and we’re going to be there for the wedding and reception. I need an outfit. I have absolutely no idea these days what suits me and what someone my age (29) and my current size (18) should be wearing. I’m thinking possibly a dress with a cropped cardigan and heels. I need to go shopping but want to lose as much as I can before buying something. Who know’s I could be buying a size 16!! Wishful thinking and I’m PMA-ing all the way… {sig}

    Congratulations – I’m quite envious and 2 bin bags of clothes! You could always get a personal shopper to help you choose something for the wedding!

I'd love to hear from you
