Buggered up this week and gained 1lb! How? I’m not sure but enough’s enough! I’ve got 38 weeks until it’s my 30th birthday and I don’t want to be fat for it. Saw this on Pinterest and found it very thought provoking.
Time to get back to basics, no ‘proper’ chocolate or treats until i’ve lost a lot more weight. I want to get to 75lb loss by Easter so now is the time to apply the pressure! I know what I’ve got to do and now is the time to do it!
