Disappointed…and treble it!

I’ll keep this short because I’m completely peed off. I gained 2lb at weigh in. I’ve put 3lb on in 2 weeks and I’m going the wrong direction. I’m gutted because I have worked really hard this week and with the Zumba too I thought I was doing ok. Maybe it’s muscle, maybe it’s water retention, maybe the two or three bourbon biscuits I ate but thought they’d be fine under the weeklies…Pah! Enough is enough, back to basics (again!) gotta draw a line and move on.

    It’s so demoralising when you see a gain after working hard to get a loss. Keep trying your best, as long as your exercising and eating the right foods then your body will be better for it no matter what the weight of you are.

    Must have missed that on Twitter, sorry you had a bad week. It’s weird because after our 24 hour spin I also gained weight. It’s just a little blip in the grand scheme of things and it sounds like you’re being positive about moving on. Hugs x
