Ooops….weigh in week 48

All I can say is ‘Oooops!’ and it’ll come off in the next week or two! I gained 4lb this week at weigh in. Knew it was going to happen, think I kinda ate everything that I wanted this week hence why I should remain on a diet  healthy lifestyle for the forseeable and long term future.

So, i’m back on it tomorrow with avengence, I have no more Christmas meals or parties until the ‘big’ day so have absolutely no more excuses to pig out and eat whatever I want. Day 1 of Week 49 starts tomorrow, fresh week, a whole lot of new points and a new track book. I’ve also been given the class track book so will be trying ‘Filling and Healthy’ this week at some point. I’m planning on Zumba Wii, walking and visiting the gym also this week so hopefully we’ll see a better picture on the scales next Tuesday.

Ah well, we live and learn and in future my mantra will be MRSSHILTS STEP AWAY FROM THE BUFFET!

    Good luck with this week. I always find Christmas tough because there are so many temptations around. It’s so hard to say no to the yummy food! lol!
