Week 43: weigh in update

01/11/2011

The scales at weigh in showed I’d lost 0.5lb which I am pleased with (for once!) taking my total loss now to 56lb = 4 stone! YIPPEE!!

Obviously I am thrilled with this so can now move on to getting that 5th stone in the bag over the next couple of months. I’m actually feeling really fab tonight because I’ve had lots of lovely comments recently about my weightloss and how different I’m looking which is a MASSIVE confidence boost and it really spurs me on to make more positive choices and carry on with the weightloss. There is absolutely no way on this earth that I will fall off this wagon now i’m so far along, I look and feel totally difference than I did 11 months ago and i’m so pleased I have stuck it out. It is definitely worth it.

This week i’ll be celebrating my 29th birthday (eeeeek!!) so will be enjoying myself with a meal out with hubby on Thursday night but the rest of the week I’m hoping to remain with my daily points and on track so that I can truly get on the way to that next stone. {sig}

    Wow, so happy for you.

    I’m also pushing for 5 stone now, it’s so close yet so far! LOL.

    We can both do this!!!!!!

    WOOHOO! Well Done hunni!
    You really are looking FAB :o)

    I know it’s hard to think positively on those little losses, but it’s those little losses that have got me to being 3 stone lighter (22 months and counting) – they really do add up.

    It’s certainly a hard mindset to break, but this journey is a marathon, not a sprint. And it will last a lifetime, so it’s best to celebrate EVERY loss, no matter the size :o)
