Apologies for the delay in posting my Fuff update. Was having a bit of a downer at the weekend and didn’t think you’d want to read doom and gloom so thought it was best to leave it until I was a bit more positive. Well on the back of my 1lb loss this week here we go!
What have you done to achieve your goals this week?
This week I’ve stuck to the WW plan, I’ve tracked everything, I’ve done plenty of exercise and I’ve walked woofer loads.
What have you done to make yourself feel fabulous?
Small things but I’ve had my eyebrows threaded and it makes me feel so much better once my brows are all in shape. Totally unrelated to anything weight related but it all helps.
Do you listen to music when you work out? What gets you fired up?
Yes, I have to listen to music when working out as it gets me in the groove. I need to have a beat to work too and usually the faster the beat the more i’m willing to shift my bum. I’ve got various workout albums on my iPod so I usually stick one of those on and get moving.
What’s your guilty pleasure music? How does it make you feel?
Ohhh I love a bit of cheesy pop. The CD in my car at the moment is Steps! I have the original albums which I dug out recently whilst watching the reunion on TV and I do love a bit of sing your heart out cheesy pop. It just makes me dance around without a care in the world and that makes me feel both silly but good too!
If today were a song what song would it be?
Erm, I think today would probably be a Christmas song. Not sure which one but we did most of our Christmas shopping today so probably one that makes you think of mulled wine, gingerbread men and lovely, wrapped presents sitting around the tree. Only two months today and those presents will all be open and we’ll all be stuffed from our Christmas dinner and yummy puds! Eeeek!
