Weightloss Wednesday…Week 19

Not entirely impressed with weigh in tonight. Scales showed I’d lost 0.5lb! Yep, half a flippin’ pound. If I’d have sat on my bum all weekend I wouldn’t have minded that but Saturday we walked about 8 mile in 2.5 hours and by the end I was red faced and had really achey legs. Sunday, I continued the agony and went on the regular walk over Sandwell Valley with my fellow walkers. I haven’t been able to Zumba much this week (Monday I had to work late and I was so tired when I got home) and yesterday I didn’t feel entirely brilliant which is a totally crap excuse but I was shattered so no wii zumba either.

So, plan for the week, walk Mikey for at least 30 mins everyday PLUS Zumba on the wii for at least an hour each night. Yes, I may be tired but this weight has gotta go. I’ve got 3.5lb until I fall into the next stone bracket and I want to be there so badly! Friday night i’m out with some friends for a few drinks and a curry so as I don’t drink much I’ll be on the diet coke and I’m wondering if I eat relatively low points throughout the day on Friday I can have a ‘proper’ vegetable curry, no rice! Ah well, we’ll see.

So week nineteen:2011 weightloss 34.5lb.. In my twentieth week I’m going to shake up the foods i’m eating, get out with Mikey every day for at least 30 minutes (I’m thinking distance isn’t really probably going to help so I’m not walking 12km again this weekend, I just need regular activity) and I’m going to get on the wii and zumba, zumba, zumba! {sig}

    I am Weight Watchin’ and just got Zumba on the Wii! I had an up week on my weight two weeks ago and then dropped a larger amount (4 lbs) this week…I think sometimes our bodies just fluctuate! 8 miles? You go, girl!
