Toothache trouble…

I woke up from my fabulous snoozy slumber really early Saturday morning to the most awful toothache! I was in agony. I have no idea what triggered it but it was so painful it kept me awake most of the night. Unfortunately it got worse over the weekend resulting in an emergency trip to the Dentist on Monday for antibiotics. I’d love to be able to say the pain, headache and infection’s gone but it hasn’t and i’m still in agony. I’m hoping the anti-biotics will kick in soonish so i’m able to enjoy the rest of the week.

Wednesday was my hubby’s 30th birthday. Unfortunately for him, he had Parents Evening until late so couldn’t really enjoy his day but fear not, he’s planning a mammoth session in Birmingham on Friday night with the lads, a family party on Saturday evening and then we will be enjoying 3 whole days in Dublin starting Monday so i’m sure he’ll make up for it!

This week I lost 1.5lb at weigh in which was good news, i’m due on any day and I usually put weight on during this time of the month so i’m pleased that hasn’t happened.

I’m planning ahead for next week and hoping that I can be good and resist temptation on Saturday night at the family party and walk my socks off whilst I’m in Dublin to keep the weight off. I’m not planning on going overboard but I do plan to allow myself a few mini treats.

So week thirteen:2011 done: total loss 23.5lb, in my fourteenth week I’m going to be EXTRA good and walk quicker and longer over the weekend. I’m going to eat fruit galore and drink plenty of water so that any naughty-ish food I do eat will be counter-balanced! Well thats the plan anyway. Have a good weekend everyone {sig}

    Oooh – well done on the loss. Good work and that’s a really great loss for 13 weeks. I’m impressed – and jealous!

    Hope you have fun in Dublin. x

    Ouchies, I hear your pain. Toothache is probably the worst kind of ache to have. Lets hope those Antibiotics do kick in sooner.

    Poor ole hubby. Fancy reaching his big 30 and having to spend it at work, but the back up plan is looking spectacular. I have been to Dublin and the Guiness House does nothing for your figure. On the upside you are planning well ahead..

    Well done on yet another sucessful weight loss. Slow is much better.. A very dear friend of mine is up to around 166lbs and its taken her around 18mths.. I hope you keep up the good work.

    Have a great time in Dublin x
