Exercise is key!

I was quite nervous before this week’s weigh in, not sure why! I’ve had a good week with food and exercise so was hoping the scales would be nice to me and they were. I lost 2.5lb this week and i’m pleased with that. Just half a pound short of my stone and a half mini milestone which I’m hoping to get well in the bag next week. We talked about exercise this week at the class and it is so true, exercise is so key to weightloss. It’s certainly helped me this week. Hoping 2 rounds of Zumba and a marathon around the NEC on Sunday will help for next weeks weigh in.

So week eleven:2011 done: total loss 20.5lb, in my twelfth week I’m continuing to do my exercise. I’m going to go to Zumba twice this week (Thursday and Monday) and I’ve scheduled a long walk over Chasewater on Saturday with my sister and nephew so that’ll be good and i’m also getting my hair done Saturday so maybe having my hair cut will help the cause too! Maybe not but i’ll give it a go!

    I’m glad I’m not the only one that thinks hair makes a difference! :P I wear my lightest clothes, don’t wash my hair (wet hair weighs more!) don’t wear any jewellery …
