    Twelve whole weeks…

    So I’ve finished my twelfth week with WW and i’m 22lb down! Lost 1.5lb this week so am quite pleased with that. Also got my third actual stone to celebrate my stone and a half loss. Love it!

    Had a bit of a high pointed weekend which involved a pot noodle (10pp), a mini tub of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream (19pp) and a chicken caesar salad wrap (18pp) at the NEC. Can you believe those 3 little things which take no effort at all to eat are loaded with points? Lesson definitely learnt there! Do not eat crap that doesn’t fill you up and uses all your points!!

    This week so far i’ve been to Zumba (Monday) and done a bit of walking but not on the grand scale of previous weeks. Damn weather! Must really get out the fair weather walker in me and get out in the rain, perhaps it’ll make me quicker, ha ha.

    So week twelve:2011 done: total loss 22lb, in my thirteenth week I’m continuing to do my exercise. I’m Zumba-ing again tomorrow and Monday nights and want to get out over the weekend with the dog and walk off a few pound. Hubby is away in Wales this weekend with his DofE staff so it’ll be just me and the woofer getting all the exercise in. Sunday, I’m off down the valley again for a couple of circuits with the WW group so hopefully that’ll help too!

    Completely off topic but I really want to crack on with my quilt this weekend too whilst I have the house to myself. I just haven’t had time at all lately and I’m itching to get it back out again and continue its loveliness!
